Changing your capacity subscription
To streamline and standardise the principles of capacity subscriptions ordered and utilised by customers in tariff groups C2X and C1X, according to provisions of § 42.1 and § 41.2 of the Ordinance of 7th of July 2007 (with subsequent amendments) by Minister of Economy on detailed principles of formation and calculation of tariffs and billing in trade of electricity, billing for capacity subscription will be performed on basis of data indicated by the metering and billing systems.
The above principles of billing for capacity subscription (including excess) result directly from provisions of chapter 4.2 of the Tariff of RWE Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o. (available on the www.rwestoenoperator.pl website).
What is capacity subscription?
Capacity subscription is one of the line items on the VAT invoice for electricity and distribution services rendered, the distribution section of the billing contains itemised fee for the capacity subscription. This fee is billed on basis of provisions of the Tariff and results directly from customer declaration in his Comprehensive Agreement on Sale of Electricity and Provision of Distribution Services concluded with RWE Polska.
Amendment of capacity subscription is performed to:
- Optimise power intake
Allow RWE Polska customers to avoid additional charges resulting out of billing for potentially exceeded capacity subscription
Customers who decided to update their capacity subscription are asked to:
- Fill in the request form
Mail it or hand deliver to one of the RWE Polska Customer Service Centres
The request (with new proposed capacity subscription) will be reviewed, the Comprehensive Agreement on Sale of Electricity and Provision of Distribution Services will be amended and the new capacity subscription will be reflected in subsequent VAT invoices.
