The new “Clean Energy” green product with defined portion of energy used by customer coming from renewable sources.

The product is addressed to business customers with annual consumption exceeding 1 GWh, for whom an individual consumption profile and pricing is developed.

Customers have four options of clean energy purchases: (10.4% in 2011 is the standard option)

• 15% of clean energy
• 25% of clean energy
• 50% of clean energy
• 100% of clean energy

RWE is buying a defined number of Renewable Origin Certificates in excess of the mandatory 10.4%, so with purchase of e.g. 25% of clean energy, the customer pays for additional purchase of 16.5% certificates.

After purchasing the “Clean Energy” every customer receives a certificate confirming the purchase of renewable energy. He also enjoys a guaranteed fixed price for the duration of agreement.

Wind Energy product uses the energy generated by RWE Wind Farms.

This offering is limited

The environment friendly portfolio of products RWE is offering to its business customers includes, among others, Electric Vehicle Charging Point. A wall mounted or standalone charging station is installed at customer premises and powered from his internal power network.
Under its offering RWE assures the maintenance and all required technical upgrades throughout the entire three-year period it provides the station for. The price depends on number of points and their locations. Customers may also choose to pay the installation charge in instalments and may benefit from comprehensive training in correct maintenance and operation of the charging point.
