The Brand Council of Business Superbrands 2011 awarded Business Superbrands statuettes to nine companies, including RWE Polska.

 

In 3rd round of Business Superbrands, the RWE Polska brand was the only brand from power industry to make it to the group of nine strongest and most recognisable brands on the Polish business market.
“The Business Superbrand award to RWE confirms high potential of our brand, more importantly so at times when we are developing our brand strategy and working on improving RWE brand recognition in Poland” – commented Iwona Jarzębska, Director of Marketing and Communications at RWE Polska. “We are happy to once again be included in this prestigious bible of branding made of competition’s laureates”.


The brand selection process is similar in over 80 countries. Based on results of independent consumer surveys, databases and statistics on sales, advertising budgets, etc., a shortlist of brands is put together. Then this summary is submitted to the Brand Council, a panel of experts, consisting of journalists and managers from marketing, advertising and PR agencies and market research companies as well as branding experts.Members of the Brand Council evaluate the candidates in 23 consumer categories and 42 business categories based on, among others, brand recognition and brand image clarity, exceptional benefits it offers, its ongoing development and active building of customer relations. The brands awarded the required number of points in this evaluation are awarded the Superbrand or BusinessSuperbrand titles.

The “Columns of the Year” competition, organised by Association of Custom Media, is intended to popularise high quality standards in in-house and consumer custom publishing.The "Więcej niż energia" (More than just energy) magazine is sent along with invoices to our individual customers. The project is managed by Ewelina Łozowska from Marketing in collaboration with Corporate Communications and Customer Service.
